FPT works in three areas: technology services and software, telecoms, and education. When Khoa took over in 2019, the group set a revenue target of VND26.66 trillion (about US$1.1 billion) for that year, with technology expected to bring in VND15.45 trillion, telecoms VND9.98 trillion and education and investment VND1.67 trillion.
