Best Email Marketing Agencies for Shopify Stores: 10 Klaviyo Experts

Ten Klaviyo and Omnisend agencies for Shopify brands compared on partner tier, SMS, published results and real retainer prices, with a year-one cost example.

A Shopify brand can now buy a fully managed Klaviyo program off a public price list: Netalico charges $1,000 for an audit, $2,500 to $6,000 for a set of automated flows and $1,200 to $5,000 a month for campaigns. That transparency is rare. Most of the best email marketing agencies for Shopify stores, including Klaviyo Elite tier shops such as Fuel Made, Flowium and Hustler Marketing, quote only after a free audit or discovery call, so the real job for a founder is knowing what to ask before that call.

We read each agency’s own service pages, partner announcements and case studies in October 2026 and kept ten firms whose Klaviyo or Omnisend credentials, services and client results we could confirm on their sites. Every result quoted below is the agency’s own claim. Partner tiers are stated as the agency publishes them, with the date where the agency dated it.

Master Elite Status, Netalico’s Retainers and First-Year Cost

  • Elite tier is a small club: Fuel Made says only about 45 of more than 6,000 Klaviyo partners hold Master Elite status. Fuel Made, Flowium and Hustler Marketing all claim it.
  • Published prices exist: Netalico lists campaign retainers at $1,200 a month for 4 emails up to $5,000 for 16 emails and 4 texts, which works out to $250 to $300 per send.
  • Budget for year one, not month one: an audit, a mid-size flow build and a $2,500 retainer add up to $36,500 in the first year. At a 60% gross margin, email needs to drive about $60,800 in extra sales to cover it.
  • Omnisend shops are fewer: BlueTuskr shows an Omnisend Partner badge, and Netalico migrates brands from Omnisend to Klaviyo. Most specialists on this list build on Klaviyo.
  • Keep the keys: the Klaviyo account, the templates and the subscriber data should sit in your name, whatever the contract says.

The 10 Best Email Marketing Agencies for Shopify Stores, Reviewed

1. Netalico: The Only Agency Here With a Full Public Price List

Netalico has built on Shopify since 2016 and was founded in 2011, according to its Shopify Klaviyo agency page. It calls itself a Klaviyo Gold Partner and a Shopify Plus Premier Partner, with hubs in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Miami. The appeal is simple: you can price the whole engagement before speaking to anyone.

  • Services: Klaviyo audits, ten flow types from welcome to sunset, monthly email and SMS campaigns, SMS consent capture, signup forms, deliverability and migrations from Mailchimp, Attentive, Omnisend or Shopify Email.
  • Published result: jewelry brand Milestones by Ashleigh Bergman grew email revenue from $13,000 in 2019 to more than $2.2 million in 2024, with email rising from 3% to 44.7% of site revenue, the agency says.
  • Other named clients: Oatly, Silverist and VYBES on Klaviyo; Big Green Egg, Rifle Paper Co and Feetures on Shopify.

2. Fuel Made: Klaviyo Master Elite With Shopify Developers In House

Fuel Made Shopify and Klaviyo partner agency homepage

Fuel Made describes itself as a multi-disciplinary Shopify and Klaviyo partner and states on its Klaviyo experts page that it is a Klaviyo Master Elite Partner, a status it says only about 45 of more than 6,000 partners hold. Because the same team designs Shopify themes and runs conversion tests, it suits a brand whose welcome flow and product pages both need work.

  • Services: Klaviyo campaigns, custom automations, segmentation, SMS lead capture, transactional and subscription emails, Shopify UX and development, and A/B testing.
  • Published results: a 135x email marketing ROI for SASnola, a 23% welcome flow conversion rate for Tomlinson’s Feed, and email reaching 36% of annual revenue at Satchel & Page, per the agency.
  • Pricing and terms: packages start around $3,000, most clients pay a monthly retainer, a typical start is a three to four month engagement and no long-term contract is required. The agency reports an average client tenure of 3.8 years.

3. Flowium: Elite Klaviyo Work Plus WhatsApp, RCS and Direct Mail

Flowium Klaviyo email and SMS marketing agency homepage

Flowium’s Klaviyo agency page calls the firm a Klaviyo Elite Master Partner and lists an Inc. 5000 honor for 2025. Its client logos are heavy on fast-growing DTC names: True Classic, Dr. Squatch, Last Crumb, Balsam Hill, RSVLTS and Maison Kitsune among them. Founder Bobi Nikolovski has close to ten years in email marketing, the page says.

  • Services: email strategy, automation, design, campaign management, deliverability and audits; Klaviyo SMS; push notifications; plus separate WhatsApp, RCS, Instagram DM automation and direct mail services.
  • Published results: a 43% increase in attributed revenue for a beauty brand and a $20,000 SMS revenue lift in six months for a pet food brand, according to the agency.
  • Getting started: a free audit and a 30-minute lifecycle diagnosis call. Retainer prices are quoted after that.

4. Hustler Marketing: A Retention-Only Shop From Jackson, Wyoming

Hustler Marketing announced in November 2022 that it had reached Klaviyo’s Elite Master tier, which the agency said fewer than 0.2% of Klaviyo partners hold. It moved up from Gold to Platinum in August 2020. The firm is led by founder and CEO Bostjan Belingar and is based in Jackson, Wyoming.

  • Services: email and SMS retention marketing, with UGC ads and ad creative as add-ons. Nearly all accounts run on Klaviyo.
  • Scale claimed: more than 100 clients onboarded to Klaviyo and over $500 million in retention marketing revenue generated across them, as of the 2022 announcement.
  • Who it suits: a Shopify brand that already has a developer and an ad agency and wants a team that does nothing but email and SMS.

5. InboxArmy: Campaign Production at Volume

InboxArmy full-service email marketing agency homepage

InboxArmy’s Klaviyo page lists it as a certified Klaviyo Silver Master partner and says it has worked with more than 5,000 brands since 2016. CEO Scott Cohen has 20 years in email. The agency is strong on the production side: template design and coding, copy, A/B tests and sends, which matters for a brand mailing several times a week.

  • Services: strategy, flows, campaign management, template coding, migrations from Shopify and BigCommerce setups, predictive segmentation and Klaviyo SMS.
  • Published result: e-bike maker Sixthreezero’s revenue grew 335% in three months, and its executive put the return at about 26 to 1, per the page.

6. Hawke Media: Email Inside a Full-Service Growth Agency

Hawke Media full-service marketing agency homepage

Hawke Media was named a Klaviyo Platinum Master Partner in August 2021, when it said it had brought more than 200 paying customers to Klaviyo. Its lifecycle team holds Klaviyo product certifications and provides Klaviyo email and SMS with strategy, technical support and implementation, and the agency lists offices in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. Pick it when one agency should own the whole funnel; skip it if you only need email.

7. Swanky: Klaviyo and Shopify Plus for UK, European and Australian Brands

Swanky Shopify Plus and Klaviyo agency homepage
Screenshot: swankyagency.com

Swanky has offices in the UK, Australia and France and calls itself an official, full-service Klaviyo agency partner with more than five years on the platform. The detail on its service list is reassuring for a brand moving stores: migrations to Klaviyo covering email, SMS and reviews, Shopify Plus migrations, and audits that check DKIM, SPF, BIMI and DMARC records.

  • Services: account setup, flows including custom API-triggered ones, campaigns, template design, copy, list growth, consent management, Klaviyo CDP and Klaviyo Reviews.
  • Published result: a lead generation campaign that lifted monthly revenue by 143% during Black November, per its case study headline.

8. Eastside Co: Revenue Figures in Pounds From a Shopify Plus Builder

Eastside Co Shopify agency homepage

London-based Eastside Co, which also lists phone lines in New York and Dubai, says on its Shopify email marketing page that it is a Klaviyo Platinum Partner and one of the first three UK agencies accredited as a Shopify Plus Partner. Its case studies are unusually concrete. One client’s automated emails earned £51,468 over three months, or 6% to 9% of monthly revenue. Another made £43,062 from an abandoned cart flow in two months.

Email here covers flows, segmentation, A/B testing, design and copy, sold next to SEO, PPC and Shopify development. The page does not list SMS, so a brand that wants texting should ask.

9. BlueTuskr: An Omnisend Partner Among the Klaviyo Shops

BlueTuskr ecommerce marketing agency homepage

BlueTuskr displays Klaviyo Silver Partner, Omnisend Partner, Mailchimp Partner and HubSpot Gold Solutions Partner badges on its ecommerce retention page. That makes it one of the few agencies here worth calling if your store already runs on Omnisend and you do not want to migrate.

  • Services: email strategy, automations, campaigns, design and personalization; SMS strategy, segmentation, campaigns and compliance setup.
  • Published results: a 995% increase in retention marketing revenue for table tennis brand Killerspin and 250% revenue growth for MD Glam, according to the agency, which also reports more than 30 in-house marketers.
  • Cadence: the agency says non-holiday calendars usually run four to five campaigns a month.

10. Email Industries: The Deliverability Specialist

Email Industries email marketing and deliverability consultancy homepage

New York-based Email Industries sells deliverability consulting, migrations and IP warmups, platform integrations and full-service email marketing, and it runs the Alfred email verification tool. It is a different kind of hire from the Klaviyo shops above. If open rates have collapsed or Gmail is routing your campaigns to spam, a deliverability fix usually has to come before any new creative.

What a Klaviyo Agency Costs a Shopify Brand

Netalico’s list is the clearest public benchmark for agency pricing in this niche, and a September 2026 cost guide from FingerLakes1 used the same figures as its reference point. Fuel Made gives a single anchor: packages that start around $3,000.

Line item (Netalico, USD)PriceWhat you get
Klaviyo audit$1,000 one timeAccount review
eComm Essentials flows$2,500 one time4 core flows, 5 to 9 emails
Growth Foundations flows$5,500 one time14 to 19 emails
Loyalty Builder flows$6,000 one time5 retention flows, 13 to 17 emails
Essential campaigns$1,200 a month4 emails
Growth campaigns$2,500 a month8 emails and 2 SMS
Pro campaigns$5,000 a month16 emails and 4 SMS
Shopify retainers including Klaviyo work$2,700 to $10,000 a monthDevelopment plus email

Divide each retainer by its sends and the price per message barely moves: $300 per email on the Essential tier, and $250 per message on both Growth (10 sends) and Pro (20 sends). Volume buys you more campaigns, not cheaper ones. Klaviyo’s own subscription is billed to the brand separately.

Worked Example: Year-One Cost and the Sales Needed to Cover It

Take a Shopify store that buys the $1,000 audit, the $5,500 Growth Foundations flow build and twelve months of the $2,500 Growth retainer. We ran the numbers in Python.

ItemYear one
Audit$1,000
Flow build$5,500
Campaign retainer (12 x $2,500)$30,000
Total agency cost$36,500
Extra sales to break even at 50% gross margin$73,000 (about $6,083 a month)
Extra sales to break even at 60% gross margin$60,833 (about $5,069 a month)
Extra sales to break even at 70% gross margin$52,143 (about $4,345 a month)

Year two is cheaper because the flows are already built: $30,000 in retainer, or $50,000 of extra sales at a 60% margin. The word that matters is extra. Klaviyo will credit email with orders from customers who would have bought anyway, so judge the agency on growth in total repeat revenue, not on attributed revenue alone. Our break-even calculator runs the same sum with your own margin, and the logic matches how we treat CAC payback.

Klaviyo Partner Tiers: What Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite Signal

Klaviyo ranks agencies in its partner program by tier, and agencies print those badges prominently. Hustler Marketing’s announcement quoted the criteria Klaviyo used for the Elite Master level: passing certification scores across at least half of the organization, strong client health and net promoter scores, adoption of new product lines and features, a positive community reputation, and ongoing collaboration with Klaviyo’s team.

  • What a tier tells you: the agency has trained staff and a book of Klaviyo clients that Klaviyo considers healthy. Elite and Platinum shops tend to have processes for migrations, deliverability and reporting.
  • What it does not tell you: whether the senior strategist on the sales call will touch your account, or whether the agency knows your category. A Silver or Gold partner with three clients in your niche can beat an Elite shop that treats you as a small account.
  • Check the date: tiers are reviewed over time. Hustler’s and Hawke’s announcements date from 2022 and 2021, so confirm current status in Klaviyo’s partner directory before signing.

How to Choose an Email Marketing Agency for Your Shopify Store

Start with the size of the problem, then match the agency to it. A store doing modest monthly revenue with no flows needs a one-time build far more than a $5,000 retainer. A store with working flows and a stale calendar needs campaign production. A store whose emails no longer land needs a deliverability specialist first.

  1. Buy an audit before a retainer. Netalico prices one at $1,000; Flowium offers a free audit and BlueTuskr a free diagnostic. Ask for the findings in writing.
  2. Fix flows first. Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase and winback flows earn money every day without new creative. A one-time package such as Netalico’s $2,500 Essentials covers the core set.
  3. Decide on SMS. If you want texting, pick an agency that lists SMS consent capture and compliance, as Netalico, BlueTuskr and Swanky do. Eastside’s page does not list SMS.
  4. Match the platform. Most specialists here build on Klaviyo. If you run Omnisend and want to stay, BlueTuskr is the clear candidate on this list; if you want to switch, Netalico and Swanky both run migrations.
  5. Ask for category proof. Request two case studies from stores like yours, with the before and after numbers and the client’s permission to call them.
  6. Agree on the scorecard. Set targets for flow revenue, list growth, unsubscribe and spam complaint rates, and total repeat-customer revenue before the first invoice.

Your choice of platform matters as much as the agency. If you are still comparing tools, our look at Mailchimp alternatives covers how pricing scales with list size, and Salesforce’s $5.66 billion Braze deal shows where enterprise lifecycle marketing is heading.

Red Flags When Hiring a Klaviyo or Omnisend Agency

  • The agency wants to own the account. Your Klaviyo or Omnisend account, sending domain and subscriber list should be registered to your business, with the agency added as a user. Leaving should not mean losing your templates or data.
  • Results quoted only as attributed revenue. Attributed revenue counts orders from people who opened or clicked within a window, including loyal customers who would have bought anyway. Ask how the agency measures lift, for example with holdout groups.
  • Promises of a fixed ROI multiple. Treat any guaranteed return as marketing copy. Ask what happens to fees if the target is missed.
  • Daily blasts to the whole list. Mailing everyone more often can lift revenue for a month and then drag down inbox placement. Look for segmentation and a sunset flow that removes unengaged subscribers.
  • No mention of authentication. An agency that does not check SPF, DKIM and DMARC during onboarding is skipping the basics that Swanky and Email Industries put at the front of their audits.
  • SMS without consent records. Texting rules are strict. If the agency cannot explain how it captures and stores SMS consent, walk away.
  • A long lock-in with no exit terms. Fuel Made, for one, says it needs no long-term contract. A 12-month minimum with no performance review clause deserves pushback.

Klaviyo Agency Fees, Omnisend Shops and SMS Work

How Much Does a Klaviyo Agency Cost per Month?

Netalico’s published campaign retainers run from $1,200 a month for 4 emails to $5,000 for 16 emails and 4 texts, with one-time flow builds of $2,500 to $6,000. Fuel Made says its packages start around $3,000. Most other agencies quote after an audit.

What Is a Klaviyo Elite Master Partner?

It is the top tier of Klaviyo’s agency program. Fuel Made says about 45 of more than 6,000 partners hold it. On this list, Fuel Made, Flowium and Hustler Marketing state that status.

Should a Small Shopify Store Hire an Email Agency?

A small store usually gets more from a one-time audit and flow build than from a monthly retainer. On Netalico’s prices, an audit plus the core flow package costs $3,500 once, against $14,400 for a year of its smallest campaign retainer.

Which Agencies Work With Omnisend Instead of Klaviyo?

BlueTuskr lists an Omnisend Partner badge alongside its Klaviyo badge. Netalico works with Omnisend users mainly to migrate them to Klaviyo.

Do Email Agencies Also Handle SMS for Shopify?

Most do. Netalico, Fuel Made, Flowium, Hustler Marketing, InboxArmy, Hawke Media, Swanky and BlueTuskr all list SMS. Netalico’s Growth and Pro retainers bundle 2 and 4 texts a month.
