10 Best Pitch Deck Design Companies in the USA (2026 Prices)

Ten US pitch deck agencies compared on verified location, services, published prices from $1,650 and the kind of founder each one suits.

A US agency will design an investor pitch deck for as little as $1,650 or as much as $6,000 and up, based on the prices the firms post on their own websites. The best pitch deck design companies in the USA for most founders are Pitch Deck Fire in Denver for clear fixed prices, Slidebean for a writing-plus-design package with funded case studies, and Whitepage Studio in Boston for decks that come with financial modeling. Larger companies and funds tend to fit SlideGenius in San Diego or its sister brand PitchDeck.com.

Every firm below shows a US address, a US registration or a US business directory listing, and each one offers investor pitch deck work as a named service. Prices are the ones each firm published as of November 2026. We have not hired these agencies; the reviews rest on what each firm shows on its own site, plus third-party listings where we say so.

Pitch Deck Fire From $1,650, Slidebean With Writing at $3,500

  • Lowest published price: Pitch Deck Fire’s Ember package costs $1,650 for 10 to 12 slides of design only, with unlimited revisions.
  • Best writing-plus-design deal: Slidebean charges $3,500 for up to 20 slides with content writing, delivered in two to three weeks.
  • Most add-on depth: Whitepage Studio starts at $3,000 and also sells financial models, market research and go-to-market work.
  • Quote-only firms: SlideGenius, PitchDeck.com, SketchDeck, Cayenne Consulting, Slide Cow and Prezentium price each job by scope.
  • Per-slide reality check: Published packages work out to about $138 to $200 per slide once writing and strategy are included.

Three Filters Every Firm on This List Passed

Search for this topic and many “best US pitch deck agency” lists mix in firms from Toronto, Switzerland and Southeast Asia. That matters if you want to meet in person, sign a contract under US law or pay in dollars without a currency conversion fee, so we started with location and only then compared quality.

  • A US base you can check: a street address, a US state of incorporation or a listing in a US business directory.
  • A real pitch deck service: investor decks had to be a named offer, not just general slide design. That ruled out some well-known presentation firms whose sites do not sell fundraising decks.
  • Proof and pricing you can see: published prices, a clear quote process, or case studies with named companies.

We ranked the firms by how useful they are likely to be for a typical startup that is raising a pre-seed, seed or Series A round. A firm built for Fortune 500 sales teams can still be the right call for a later-stage company, so the “who suits” note matters more than the number.

Ten US Pitch Deck Agencies Worth a Call

1. Pitch Deck Fire

Pitch Deck Fire is a small studio that concentrates on one product, startup pitch decks, rather than general corporate presentation work. It is a Denver company founded in 2014 by Stacie Shaw, and it trades as Startup Fire LLC. Besides design, it sells pitch review sessions, presentation coaching and branding, which helps founders who also need practice delivering the deck.

Its pricing page is the most transparent we found among US agencies, because it lists slide counts, design hours and prices together. Ember costs $1,650 for 10 to 12 slides and 10 hours of design, but you supply the exact words. Flame costs $3,999 for 15 to 20 slides with content support, three pitch review sessions and 20 hours of design. Bonfire costs $5,999 for 21 to 35 slides and 40 hours of design. Every package includes a mood board, custom graphics, stock photos, unlimited revisions and an editable file with full rights.

Rush delivery in 10, 7 or 5 business days is offered when the schedule allows. Because the pricing page does not name clients, ask for its portfolio and for examples from companies at your funding stage before you pay a deposit.

Who it suits: pre-seed and seed founders who already know their story and want a fixed, known cost. Ember is a good fit if your words are final and only the design is weak.

2. Slidebean

Slidebean pitch deck consultants page listing its writing plus design packages
Screenshot: slidebean.com

Slidebean started as presentation software for founders and now runs a consulting and design agency alongside that product. Its footer says the team works out of New York City and San Jose, and the company says it is venture-backed, with investors that include 500 Startups.

The consulting page lists two clear packages. Pitch Deck Writing + Design costs $3,500 and takes two to three weeks. It covers a one-hour briefing, content writing with three revision rounds, design of up to 20 slides with two rounds, and help sizing the market and go-to-market plan. The Strategy + Pitch Deck Sprint starts at $6,000, takes three to four weeks and adds a senior analyst, up to 30 slides and sessions with your leadership team.

Slidebean names its case studies. It says Sparkcharge raised $7 million with a Slidebean deck, MinuteSkill raised a $225,000 pre-seed round, and Cloaked Wireless raised $425,000. The company claims its clients have raised more than $500 million in total, a figure it does not break down.

Who it suits: first-time founders who struggle with the narrative more than the visuals. The $3,500 package buys a writer, which most design-only shops do not include.

3. Whitepage Studio

Whitepage Studio pitch deck design services page with Lite, Basic and Premium packages

Whitepage Studio lists its office at 867 Boylston Street in Boston. Its pitch deck page says design starts at $3,000 and most decks are done in 10 to 14 business days, with rush timelines on request. Lite, Basic and Premium packages are priced on a call.

The main attraction is the additional strategic and financial work the studio offers around the slides themselves. Whitepage sells financial modeling, industry analysis and go-to-market strategy, plus pitch deck consulting. For a founder whose model is still a rough spreadsheet, getting the model and the deck from one team keeps the numbers on slide 12 in line with the numbers in the data room.

The studio claims 12 years of experience, more than 3,000 projects and $1.7 billion raised by clients. Its portfolio shows decks for names such as GoodFinch, Lighthouse AI and ClearPath.

Who it suits: seed to Series A teams that need help with the financial side, not only the design.

4. SlideGenius

SlideGenius is one of the larger US presentation agencies. Its homepage lists global headquarters at 1660 Hotel Circle North in San Diego, with hubs in London and Makati in the Philippines. Pitch deck design is a named service, next to sales decks, template builds, motion graphics and design work inside sales platforms such as Seismic, Showpad and Templafy.

Its portfolio leans heavily toward large corporate brands rather than early-stage startups. Clients listed include Aflac, Adidas, NASCAR, Medtronic, Lenovo, Deloitte and American Airlines. The site does not show a price list, so every project starts with a quote request.

Who it suits: growth-stage companies and corporates that need an investor deck plus a matching sales deck and branded templates. An early-stage founder with one deck to fix may find a smaller studio more hands-on.

5. PitchDeck.com

PitchDeck.com is a separate brand under the same roof. Its company page says it is a subsidiary of SlideGenius Inc. and shares the San Diego address. The difference between the two brands is their focus and their typical customer. PitchDeck.com sells investment materials: pitch decks, pitch books and pitch collateral, plus investor relations work.

It says it has made presentations for more than 5,000 clients and shows logos such as Facebook, Mastercard, MetLife, Red Bull, Nike and JP Morgan. Pricing is by quote.

Who it suits: fund managers, private equity sponsors and executives who need a pitch book or investor update rather than a startup’s first deck. If you already spoke with SlideGenius, ask which of the two brands should run your job.

6. SketchDeck

SketchDeck pitch deck design service page
Screenshot: sketchdeck.com

SketchDeck lists its office at 105 Maxess Road in Melville, New York. Its pitch deck page covers custom decks, narrative work, redesigns, data visualization for financial slides, leave-behind decks and ongoing updates.

Unlike many agencies, the firm publishes realistic timing for different types of projects. Smaller decks and redesigns take a few days, and full custom decks take one to two weeks. Its case studies say it built a deck for Air in two weeks, redesigned a deck for Weclapp in two weeks, and built the data-driven deck that helped Cervest close a $30 million Series A. Prices depend on the scope of each project, and the firm discusses engagement models on a separate partnership page.

Who it suits: companies with heavy data, such as climate, fintech or B2B software startups, where the charts carry the argument.

7. Cayenne Consulting

Cayenne Consulting pitch deck consulting services page

Cayenne Consulting is a business plan firm first and a design shop second. Its pitch deck page lists Cayenne Consulting LLC at 1846 East Innovation Park Drive in Oro Valley, Arizona, with meetings by appointment only.

The work runs in five steps: discovery, narrative structure, content, financial and strategic input, then review. Cayenne helps with the business model, market positioning and financial forecasts behind the slides, and also lists a separate deck design service. It says it has helped more than 2,400 entrepreneurs raise over $4.3 billion since 2001. You get a free assessment and then a fee estimate.

Who it suits: founders whose problem is the plan, not the slides. If an investor told you the model “does not hold up,” start here.

8. Designity

Designity pitch, sales and slide deck design services page

Designity works on a monthly subscription model instead of charging a fixed price for each individual project. Each client gets a creative director who builds a team from the firm’s vetted pool of designers. Its deck service page lists service hubs across US metros, including New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago and Seattle, and a New York phone number.

The pitch deck service starts with a 60-minute strategy session and covers layout, visuals, content formatting and print files. Plans start at $5,995 a month, and the firm offers a two-week trial with no upfront payment. Projects take two weeks to three months. Portfolio clients include Tellius, Agiloft, Ceros and Dodge Construction Network.

Who it suits: funded teams that need a deck now and a steady flow of sales and brand design after. For a single deck, a fixed-price studio costs less.

9. Slide Cow

Slide Cow is a fully remote presentation design agency that works with clients through online meetings and shared files. Its process page says it is incorporated in Delaware and has no physical office. It designs pitch decks, sales decks, proposals and PowerPoint templates.

The firm explains its process in detail: four stages with weekly check-ins. Two rounds of revisions are free, and further rounds are billed by the hour. It says its prices sit above freelance marketplaces.

Who it suits: small teams that want a close, step-by-step process and are happy to work fully online.

10. Prezentium

Prezentium pitch deck consulting page describing its overnight presentation service

Prezentium Inc. competes mainly on speed, which makes it unusual among the firms on this list. Its pitch deck consulting page describes Overnight Presentations, where a team turns your startup story into a deck and delivers it by 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time. An Accelerators service turns rough notes into finished slides, and Zenith Learning runs workshops on structured problem-solving and visual storytelling.

Who it suits: founders with an investor meeting in a day or two who need a clean, structured deck fast and can refine it later.

What Pitch Deck Design Costs per Slide

Package prices are hard to compare directly because each firm includes a different number of slides, so dividing the price by the maximum slide count gives a fairer view. The figures that follow use each firm’s own published package and its upper slide limit.

PackagePriceMax slidesCost per slideWriting included
Pitch Deck Fire Ember$1,65012$137.50No
Pitch Deck Fire Bonfire$5,99935$171.40Content support
Slidebean Writing + Design$3,50020$175.00Yes
Pitch Deck Fire Flame$3,99920$199.95Content support
Slidebean Strategy Sprint$6,00030$200.00Yes, plus analyst

Consider a seed-stage founder who needs a 15-slide deck for an upcoming investor roadshow. If the words are final, Ember at $1,650 is the cheapest route. If the founder needs writing, Slidebean’s $3,500 package and Pitch Deck Fire’s $3,999 Flame are close, so the choice comes down to turnaround and which portfolio you like. A $2,000 gap between “design only” and “design plus writing” is the real price of a professional writer.

Compare that with what the money is raising. A founder raising a $1.5 million seed round on a SAFE note who spends $3,500 on a deck is spending about 0.23% of the round.

What Investors Expect to See in the Deck

Even an excellent designer cannot fix missing content, so you should know exactly what each slide must say before you hire anyone. The core content is the problem or opportunity, mission, team, how you differ from rivals, total addressable market, business model, financial metrics, plans to scale and a clear ask.

The emphasis shifts as a company moves through each funding stage:

  • Seed: the problem, your solution and early traction or product-market fit. Storytelling carries more weight at this stage because there is little financial history to show investors.
  • Series A: the market, the business model, financial projections and proof the team can execute.
  • Series B and later: scaling plans, new markets, detailed financials and milestones.

For a Series A deck, unit economics usually get their own slide. Know your CAC payback period and decide if you are quoting blended or paid CAC before a designer turns them into charts. For the market slide, sourced growth data such as our list of the fastest-growing industries in the US beats a round number with no source.

Agency, Freelancer or Your Own Slides

A full-service agency is not always the right purchase, especially for founders who are still testing their story with early investors. Designity’s own comparison puts freelancers at $50 to $150 an hour, or $600 to $2,500 per package, and full-service agencies at $20,000 or more on retainer. Those are the firm’s own estimates rather than independent survey data, but they show how wide the price spread can be.

  • Do it yourself when you are pre-revenue, testing the story with friendly angels, and the deck will change every week.
  • Hire a freelancer when the story is set and you only need clean design. Check what a fair rate looks like with our freelance hourly rate calculator.
  • Hire an agency when the raise is large, the deck must work for several audiences, or you need writing, modeling or a matching sales deck.

The financial slide is where many founders need outside help, because investors test those numbers more closely than any design choice. If your projections do not show when the company covers its costs, run the numbers through a break-even calculator first, then hand the designer a clean table.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

The packages above differ in ways that are easy to miss during a sales call, so get clear answers to these questions in writing before you sign.

  • Who owns the files? Pitch Deck Fire includes an editable file with full rights. Ask every firm for native PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides files, not only a PDF.
  • How many revisions? Pitch Deck Fire offers unlimited revisions, Slidebean sets rounds, and Slide Cow bills extra rounds by the hour.
  • Who writes the words? Design-only packages assume you supply final copy. Rewriting a deck after design is slow and costly.
  • What is the real timeline? Published turnaround runs from overnight at Prezentium to three months at Designity. Work back from your first investor meeting.
  • Can I see a deck at my stage? A Fortune 500 portfolio says little about a pre-seed fintech deck. Ask for two or three examples close to your round and sector.

Firms Often Called American That Are Based Elsewhere

Several agencies that appear on “best US” lists say on their own sites that they are based outside the country. Pitch Deck Creators says it is based in Switzerland, and Stinson Design lists an office in Toronto. Both may do good work, and both serve US clients. They are left out here because this list is limited to firms with a US base.

Some famous presentation names are also missing on purpose. Big Fish Presentations, for example, now announces a merger into the ThreeSixtyEight family on its site and does not sell investor decks as a named service.

Turnaround Time, Pre-Seed Agencies and Who Owns the Deck

How Much Does a Pitch Deck Designer Cost in the USA?

Published prices from US firms run from $1,650 for a 10 to 12 slide design-only deck at Pitch Deck Fire to $6,000 or more for a strategy sprint at Slidebean. Whitepage Studio starts at $3,000. Many larger agencies quote each job separately.

How Long Does It Take to Design a Pitch Deck?

Most US agencies need between one and three weeks to deliver a finished investor deck. SketchDeck quotes one to two weeks for a full custom deck, Whitepage Studio 10 to 14 business days, and Slidebean two to three weeks for writing and design. Rush options exist at several firms.

Should I Hire an Agency for a Pre-Seed Deck?

Hire one only if the story is already clear and design is the weak point, or if you genuinely cannot write the narrative yourself. Many pre-seed founders do better with a fixed-price design package or a freelancer, then upgrade the deck before a priced round.

Do Pitch Deck Agencies Write the Content?

Some agencies include writing in their packages, while others expect founders to supply final text. Slidebean’s $3,500 package and Pitch Deck Fire’s Flame and Bonfire packages include writing or content support, while Pitch Deck Fire’s Ember package expects your final words.

Who Owns the Pitch Deck After an Agency Designs It?

Ownership depends entirely on the contract you sign with the agency. Pitch Deck Fire includes an editable file with full rights in every package. Ask any firm to confirm in writing that you receive the native files and the right to edit and reuse them.
