The best coworking office spaces in Bangalore depend on which part of the city your team lives in. For published prices, start with Innov8 on the Outer Ring Road, where private cabins begin at ₹6,499 a month, or IndiQube, which prints a per-seat price for each of its large Bengaluru campuses. For the widest choice of buildings, look at WeWork’s 26 centres and BHIVE’s two dozen HSR, Koramangala and Indiranagar addresses. Regus and Spaces cover the CBD and Malleshwaram with per-person day rates. Smartworks and 315Work Avenue suit teams that want a whole managed floor.
Each entry gives the operator’s Bengaluru centres, localities and published prices. Where a brand prices by quote, the entry says what it does publish. We then added the walking distances to metro stations that operators publish, and set each area against the Namma Metro lines that run today.
Bangalore Coworking Prices Worth Knowing First
- Cheapest published cabin: Innov8 Ranka on the KR Puram end of the ORR, from ₹6,499 a month, with fixed desks from ₹5,499.
- Cheapest day pass we found on an operator page: Innov8’s ₹499 Flexi pass at all five of its Bengaluru centres.
- Clearest seat prices for big teams: IndiQube lists seven Bengaluru campuses from ₹8,000 to ₹18,000 a seat.
- Closest to the metro: 91springboard says its Indiranagar hub is 400 metres from Swami Vivekananda Road station and its ITPL hub is 450 metres from Garudacharpalya.
- Biggest footprint: WeWork lists 26 Bengaluru centres, from Hebbal and Manyata to Whitefield and Bannerghatta Road.

Our Price-Per-Seat Comparison of Bangalore Operators
The table compares the lowest figure each operator, or its named booking partner, lists for Bengaluru. IWG brands Regus and Spaces quote per person per day, so we turned those into a rough monthly figure by multiplying by 30 days. That is our arithmetic, not an IWG quote, and it ignores any discount or extra charge in a real contract.
| Operator | Bengaluru centres | Lowest listed price | Monthly equivalent | Metro distance the operator states |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Innov8 | 5 (ORR, KR Puram, Shanti Nagar) | ₹6,499 a month, private cabin | ₹6,499 | None stated |
| IndiQube | 10 coworking, 7 dedicated campuses | ₹8,000 a seat (Onyx, Alpha) | ₹8,000 | None stated |
| Awfis (via myHQ) | 15 named centres | ₹8,000 a desk (Davanam Plaza, Hosur Road) | ₹8,000 | None stated |
| Spaces (IWG) | Shared IWG list | ₹290 a person a day (Cowork All Access) | About ₹8,700 | None stated |
| Regus (IWG) | 22 locations stated | ₹330 a person a day, private office, 24-month contract | About ₹9,900 | None stated |
| The Executive Centre | 3 | ₹14,000 a month (City Pass) | ₹14,000 | None stated |
| 91springboard | 7 hubs | By quote | By quote | 400 m to 500 m at three hubs |
| BHIVE Workspace | About two dozen | By quote | By quote | MG Road centre near Trinity station |
| WeWork India | 26 | By quote | By quote | None stated |
| Smartworks | 10 | By quote | By quote | General note only |
| 315Work Avenue | 24 localities | By quote, 50 seats minimum | By quote | None stated |
Two patterns show up once the prices sit side by side. The cheapest seats are on the eastern ORR, around KR Puram and Kadubeesanahalli, not in Koramangala or HSR. And the brands with the most centres, WeWork and BHIVE, are the ones that do not print a price on their city pages, so a site visit and a written quote are part of the process with them.
If you are weighing a coworking seat against a small rented office, run both monthly totals through our break-even calculator to see how much revenue each option needs before it pays for itself.
Koramangala and HSR Layout: The Startup Belt
Koramangala and HSR Layout hold the densest cluster of small-team coworking in Bangalore. Neither has a station on the Purple Line, and Koramangala has none on the Yellow Line either. The nearest Yellow Line stops are Central Silk Board, at the junction where Koramangala, HSR Layout and BTM Layout meet, and Bommanahalli, which was first called HSR Layout. The Yellow Line opened on 10 August 2025 and runs south through Electronic City, so it helps people who live on that side of the city.
BHIVE Workspace: Nine HSR Addresses and More in Koramangala

BHIVE is a Bengaluru-born brand, and it runs about two dozen centres under four names: BHIVE Workspace, BHIVE Premium, BHIVE Platinum and Honeykomb by BHIVE. Nine of them sit in HSR Layout, including centres on 19th Main, 27th Main, in Sector 2, Sector 6 and at Silk Board. Koramangala has a 5th Block centre and a Premium centre near Nexus Mall.
The spread goes beyond South Bengaluru. BHIVE runs five Indiranagar addresses, including CMH Road and 100 Feet Road, four around MG Road and Church Street, and campuses in Whitefield, BTM Layout and Jayanagar 4th Block. Its MG Road centre is named as near Trinity metro station. BHIVE mentions day passes and offers but does not print figures, so prices come by quote.
Good fit: a founder who wants to move between HSR and Indiranagar centres as the team grows, without changing brands.
IndiQube: Published Seat Prices and ₹600 Day Passes

IndiQube is the most open about price among the large Bangalore operators. It has ten coworking centres, three of them in Koramangala (Aurum, Landmark and Cyberscape), four on the Outer Ring Road, two in Hebbal and Gainz in Electronic City. It also lists seven dedicated workplaces with seat counts and a price per seat.
Those campuses range from Alpha, with 812 seats at ₹8,000 a seat, and Onyx, with 1,350 seats at ₹8,000, up to Symphony at ₹18,000 a seat. Skyline is the largest at 2,350 seats for ₹9,500 a seat. For individuals, IndiQube sells day passes from ₹600 at seven Bengaluru locations, including Aura in HSR Layout, Techpoint in Koramangala and Townhub in Indiranagar. Virtual office plans start at ₹799 a month, or ₹699 on a 12-month plan.
Good fit: companies hiring 50 or more people who want a price per seat in writing before the first site visit.
Indiranagar, MG Road and the CBD on the Purple Line
The Purple Line is the main reason to pick an office here. It runs from Whitefield (Kadugodi) in the east through Indira Nagar, Halasuru, Trinity, MG Road and Cubbon Park into the city centre, so someone living in Whitefield can reach an MG Road desk without touching the ORR traffic. The CBD also has the highest prices we saw, such as Awfis at UB City from ₹16,000 a desk.
91springboard: Hubs 400 to 500 Metres From the Metro

91springboard is the one Bangalore operator that gives metro distances for several hubs. The Indiranagar hub is 400 metres from Swami Vivekananda Road station, the MG Road hub 500 metres from MG Road station and the ITPL hub in Whitefield 450 metres from Garudacharpalya station. Those are short walks, which matters in a city where the last kilometre by road can take longer than the train ride.
The other hubs are in Koramangala, near the NGV indoor stadium and five minutes on foot from Sony Signal, on the ORR at Mahadevapura near Bagmane World Technology Centre, and in JP Nagar on Bannerghatta Main Road. Most offer private cabins, open dedicated desks, open flexi desks and part-time plans. Fees cover running costs plus GST, with extra charges only for customisation you ask for.
Good fit: teams whose members commute by metro and want a cabin near a Purple Line station.
Regus and Spaces: Per-Day Rates Across 22 Locations

Regus and its sister brand Spaces both belong to IWG, and their Bangalore pages draw on one shared list of centres. Regus has 22 locations in the city, including centres at Concorde Towers in UB City, Global Tech Park on O’Shaughnessy Road, The Estate on Dickenson Road, the World Trade Centre in Malleshwaram, MSR North Tower in Manyata and Fairway Business Park in Domlur.
Private offices start at ₹330 a person a day, a price Regus bases on a 24-month contract. Day offices start at ₹3,190 and hourly offices at ₹571. Spaces adds a Cowork Day Pass at ₹1,390 and a Cowork All Access plan at ₹290 a person a day, with dedicated desks from ₹320.
Good fit: consultants and sales teams who need a respectable CBD or Malleshwaram address and can sign a longer term.
Awfis: Fifteen Centres From Hosur Road to Hebbal

Awfis has a wide Bangalore spread, and its booking partner myHQ lists 15 named Awfis centres with starting desk prices. The CBD cluster includes The Estate Building on MG Road from ₹10,999, Prestige Dotcom on Residency Road from ₹11,000, Sabari Complex in Ashok Nagar from ₹9,999 and Prestige UB City from ₹16,000.
Outside the centre, Davanam Plaza on Hosur Road is the lowest at ₹8,000 a desk. Vajram Esteva in Bellandur starts at ₹9,999, Prestige Blue Chip in Koramangala at ₹11,000, Kirloskar Tech Park in Hebbal at ₹10,999 and Prestige Shantiniketan in Whitefield at ₹11,999. Private cabins are listed at several centres, including The Estate Building, Kirloskar and Prestige Blue Chip.
Good fit: teams that want one brand in both the CBD and a tech park, with a desk price to compare before a visit.
ORR and Bellandur: Offices Inside the Tech Parks
The Outer Ring Road between Central Silk Board and KR Puram is where Bangalore’s big tech parks sit, from Embassy TechVillage to Prestige Tech Park. It is also where metro access is thinnest today. The Blue Line along this stretch is still being built, and Bellandur station is planned for December 2026. Until it runs, most people here travel by road or company shuttle.
WeWork India: 26 Bengaluru Buildings, Many on the ORR

WeWork has the biggest Bangalore network we found. It has 26 centres in the city. On the ORR alone there are three in Bellandur (Embassy TechVillage, the newly opened ETV Zinnia 8C and Vaishnavi Signature), two in Marathahalli (Jupiter at Prestige Tech Park and Roshni Tech Hub) and four inside Embassy Golf Links in Domlur.
North Bengaluru gets four centres around Hebbal, including Embassy One and two at Manyata Business Park. Whitefield has three, including the newly opened Infinix Palladium. WeWork publishes no seat or cabin prices. When we checked, it offered a first-day-pass code worth up to ₹250 and 15 percent off the All Access monthly plan, so check the page for current terms.
Good fit: companies that want the same workspace brand in several parts of the city, or a building inside a known tech park.
Innov8: The Lowest Cabin Prices on the Ring Road

Innov8 prints a full price list for all five Bangalore centres. Two sit at the KR Puram end of the ORR, Innov8 Ranka in Dooravani Nagar and Workflo Ranka Junction. Both list private cabins from ₹6,499 a month and fixed desks from ₹5,499. KR Puram also has a Krishnarajapura station on the Purple Line.
Further along, Innov8 Prestige Tech Platina in Kadubeesanahalli lists cabins from ₹9,990 and desks from ₹8,499. Innov8 Mantri Commercio in Bellandur lists cabins from ₹10,999. The fifth centre, Vaswani Centropolis on Langford Road in Shanti Nagar, is the priciest at ₹13,500 for a cabin. Every centre sells a ₹499 day pass, and meeting rooms run from ₹400 to ₹1,200 an hour.
Good fit: a three- to six-person team on a tight budget that lives in East Bengaluru.
Smartworks: Managed Campuses From Hebbal to Sarjapur Road

Smartworks builds fully serviced, managed offices rather than open coworking floors. It has ten centres in the city. On the ORR side there are Global Technology Park in Bellandur, Sattva Aura in Kadubeesanahalli, Vaishnavi Tech Park on Sarjapur Road and DSR Techno Cube on Varthur Road. The rest are The Cube in Hebbal, Global Tech Park in Koramangala and four central addresses on Millers Road and in Ashok Nagar.
Smartworks does not mention day passes or hot desks, and prices come by quote. That fits its audience, which is a company that wants a branded floor with Smartworks running the facilities.
Good fit: a mid-sized or large company that wants a ready office without signing a bare-shell lease.
The Executive Centre: Premium Passes in Domlur and Brookefield

The Executive Centre runs three Bangalore coworking centres. They are Prestige Technostar in Brookefield, Kaman Amaryllis on the Intermediate Ring Road outside Embassy Golf Links in Domlur, and Helios Business Park in Kadubeesanahalli on the ORR.
Its City Pass starts at ₹14,000 a month and its Global Pass, which works in other cities too, at ₹17,000. The company says these are discounted rates on a 12-month commitment. It also sells private offices, day passes and day offices in the city.
Good fit: senior consultants or regional heads who travel and want one membership that works in other cities.
Whitefield and the ITPL Corridor
Whitefield gained the most from the Purple Line, which now ends at Whitefield (Kadugodi) and stops at Kundalahalli, Hoodi and Garudacharpalya on the way. 91springboard’s ITPL hub, 450 metres from Garudacharpalya, is the easiest metro option we found here. WeWork has three Whitefield centres, at IWF Campus, Infinix Palladium and Vista Earth Centre in the EPIP Zone. BHIVE has a Whitefield campus and two at Brigade Metropolis in Mahadevapura, and Awfis lists Prestige Shantiniketan from ₹11,999 a desk.
315Work Avenue: Offices for Teams of 50 or More
315Work Avenue works differently from the rest of this list. Its offices are built for large teams, with a minimum of 50 seats, and it does not sell single seats or day passes. It lists 24 Bengaluru localities, including Whitefield, Kadugodi, Mahadevapura, Marathahalli and Manyata Tech Park, as well as three HSR Layout sites, Koramangala, Indiranagar and Electronic City.
Enquiries are sorted by size, from 50 to 100 seats up to more than 200, and by whether you want a managed or non-managed office. Its own office is in Domlur, on 8th Main Road in Amarajyothi Layout.
Good fit: a growing company moving out of coworking into its own floor, with 50 or more people.
Electronic City and South Bengaluru
Electronic City finally has a metro link. The Yellow Line has an Electronic City station and continues to Bommasandra, and it runs north through Central Silk Board and BTM Layout to RV Road. IndiQube’s Gainz centre is the clearest coworking option in Electronic City, and Awfis lists Davanam Plaza on Hosur Road at ₹8,000 a desk. Further west, 91springboard has a JP Nagar hub on Bannerghatta Main Road, BHIVE has Jayanagar 4th Block, and Regus has a Jayanagar 7th Block centre.
Matching a Bangalore Workspace to Your Team’s Commute
Start with where people live, not with the brand. Plot each person’s home on a map, then check the drive or metro time at 9 am to two or three shortlisted centres. In Bangalore, an office two kilometres away across the ORR can take longer than one ten kilometres away along the Purple Line.
- Team spread along the Purple Line: look at 91springboard in Indiranagar or MG Road, BHIVE near Trinity, or Regus and Spaces in the CBD.
- Team in HSR, BTM or Electronic City: BHIVE’s HSR centres or IndiQube’s HSR and Koramangala day passes, with the Yellow Line for people coming from the south.
- Team in Marathahalli or KR Puram: Innov8’s ORR centres give the lowest published cabin prices.
- Team of 50 or more: compare IndiQube’s per-seat prices with quotes from Smartworks, WeWork and 315Work Avenue.
Ask every operator what the price includes. 91springboard, for example, adds GST on top of its fee, while Regus bases its lowest private office price on a 24-month contract. A registered business can usually use the GST invoice for input credit, so make sure the operator’s invoice carries your GSTIN. Our free invoice generator is handy for your own billing once the office is set up.
If you are still deciding on a company structure for the new office, our guide to registering an LLP in India covers the forms and fees. Freelancers can use the hourly rate calculator to fold a desk fee into what they charge clients.

Teams comparing cities can read our guides to private office coworking in Noida and coworking office spaces in Kolkata. Both use the same method of checking each operator’s own city page.
