The Pitch Deck Design Companies Founders Hire Worldwide
The best pitch deck design companies outside the US are 24Slides in Copenhagen, Buffalo 7 in Manchester and Waveup in London. But each one wins on something different. 24Slides has the lowest published per-slide prices. Buffalo 7 writes the story with its own scriptwriters. Waveup pairs the deck with fundraising support and posts a price.
We researched 10 agencies in six countries for this list. Then we opened every agency’s own service page, pricing page and portfolio. We also compiled public directory listings where an agency does not publish its address. So every location, price and client name here comes from a page you can open yourself.
This list is global on purpose. So for American firms such as Pitch Deck Fire and Slidebean, read our separate guide to pitch deck design companies in the USA. None of the firms there repeat here.

Ten Agencies by City, Price and Turnaround
First, the facts side by side. Prices are in US dollars because nine of the ten firms quote in dollars. Three firms quote each job after a call, so their price cell says so.
| Agency | Base | Lowest published price | Typical turnaround | Investor work shown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 24Slides | Copenhagen, Denmark | $16 per slide (Fix Up); $43 (Redesign) | 24 to 72 hours; 10 hours on Pro | Slide redesign at volume |
| Buffalo 7 | Manchester and London, UK | Quote per project | Under a week to a few weeks | Cognism Series C deck |
| Waveup | London and Kyiv | $100 per slide design only; $6,000 full package | 10 to 14 business days | Oyster, Landbase, Tapcheck rounds |
| Slidor | Paris, France | Quote per project | 2 to 4 weeks | Sorare, Alma, Planity, Virtuo |
| Stinson Design | Toronto, Canada | $1,500 minimum project | 2 to 4 weeks | IFSG investor deck redesign |
| PitchWorx | India, UAE and USA | $699 per month, unlimited decks | About 5 working days for a first draft | Client logos incl. Wipro, DMCC |
| Prezlab | Dubai, UAE, and Amman, Jordan | $1,000 minimum project | Quoted per project | Totably pitch presentations |
| Duck Design | London, UK | $1,899 per month plan with pitch decks | Monthly subscription | Amazon, Virgin Media (design work) |
| Superside | Global, remote | $15,000 monthly minimum plus $1,000 software fee | Monthly subscription | Fundraising and board decks |
| Ink Narrates | Mumbai, India | Quote per project | Quoted per project | Pitch decks for Indian startups |
In our original research, the cheapest route to a finished 15-slide deck was 24Slides at $645. The most expensive published entry point was Superside, at $16,000 for the first month. However, that fee buys a full design team for a month.
The 10 Best Pitch Deck Design Companies, One by One
We ranked the firms by how useful each is for a startup raising a pre-seed, seed or Series A round. Price transparency, proof of investor work and clear turnaround all counted. Still, a firm lower on the list may be the right call for a later-stage company.
1. 24Slides (Copenhagen, Denmark)

24Slides is a presentation design service based in Copenhagen. Tobias Schelle founded it in 2010. Its design teams sit in Malang, Indonesia, and Lima, Peru. So an order placed in the evening in Europe can be worked on overnight.
Pricing is per slide, and it is public. On the free Basic plan, a “Fix Up” costs $16 per slide. A full “Redesign” costs $43 per slide, and a “Redraw” costs $66. The Pro plan costs $99 a month and lowers those prices to $14, $39 and $59. It also adds 10-hour turnaround. Premium starts at $2,950 a month with a dedicated design team.
For example, a founder with a rough 15-slide deck would pay $645 for a pay-as-you-go redesign. A full redraw would cost $990. The company says it has more than 100 in-house graphic designers and delivers over 17,500 slides a month.
24Slides works for founders who already have the story written. It formats and redesigns slides fast. However, 24Slides does not list a writing or pitch strategy package. So plan to bring your own narrative.
2. Buffalo 7 (Manchester and London, UK)
Buffalo 7 is a UK presentation agency with offices at Waulk Mill in Manchester and The Bondworks on Farringdon Road in London. Its pitch deck team includes scriptwriters and strategists. So the agency shapes the narrative before any slide gets designed.
The firm shows investor work openly. One case study covers a Series C funding presentation for Cognism, the B2B data company. Other examples include a seed-stage investor deck. In fact, the agency says it works on raises for pre-seed startups and Fortune 500 companies alike.
Buffalo 7 quotes each project after a brief. A tight refresh of an existing deck can take under a week. On the other hand, a full rebuild with narrative, design and animation takes longer. Files arrive editable in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Figma, with no locked files.
Buffalo 7 works for a UK or European founder who wants help with the story and a team to meet in person. For instance, a London-based seed company could visit the Farringdon office for a workshop.
3. Waveup (London and Kyiv)

Waveup works from London and Kyiv and has made investor decks since 2014. Besides design, it sells fundraising help. Its service list covers pitch deck consulting, financial models, fund decks for LPs, investor outreach and M&A materials.
Also, Waveup is one of the few agencies here that posts prices. A full pitch deck package with strategy, narrative and design starts at $6,000. Design only starts at $100 per slide. A typical deck takes about two weeks, or 10 to 14 business days. Urgent jobs take five to seven business days.
Waveup says it has helped more than 600 startups raise over $3 billion. Its client logos include Oyster, Landbase and Tapcheck, each linked to press coverage of a funding round. So founders can check the rounds themselves.
Waveup works for founders who want one partner for the deck, the model and the investor list. For example, a fund manager raising a first fund can get the LP deck and the financial model from the same team.
4. Slidor (Paris, France)

Slidor is a Paris presentation studio with a registered office at 10 rue Chaptal. It also runs a New York phone line, open from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM New York time. Its pitch deck page shows work for French startups such as Sorare, Alma, Planity, Virtuo, PlayPlay and Exotrail.
Slidor uses only in-house designers. It also signs NDAs on request. It can rebuild a startup’s brand identity and product interface screens inside the deck. After the project, the client keeps every visual and illustration for reuse. Slidor says it has made more than 500 pitch decks.
Most projects take two to four weeks. For urgent jobs, however, the team says it can confirm within 30 minutes whether it can take the work. Decks are delivered in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Pitch or Figma Slides.
Slidor works for a startup with a product that looks good on screen, such as an app or a hardware device. However, Slidor advises on content structure and does not list copywriting. So have your story drafted first.
5. Stinson Design (Toronto, Canada)
Stinson Design works from 401 Richmond Street West in Toronto. It has also served clients for more than 10 years. Its fundraising work covers decks for seed and angel rounds, Series rounds, IPOs, SPACs and M&A exits.
Stinson follows five steps: discover, develop, design, revise and deliver. It also offers coaching on delivering the pitch and handling investor questions. One named example is IFSG, a financial services group whose investor presentation Stinson redesigned. Other samples are blinded and shared on request.
Every project needs a $1,500 minimum. Beyond that, Stinson prices each job on slide count, visual complexity and deadline. A full pitch deck takes two to four weeks. For hesitant clients, the firm has also run a smaller pilot project first.
Stinson works for a Canadian or North American company that wants a deck plus pitch coaching. For instance, a team preparing for a demo day could book the deck and the coaching together.
6. PitchWorx (India, UAE and USA)

PitchWorx lists offices in India, the UAE and the USA, and has more than 13 years of design work. But it sells presentation design as a flat subscription of $699 a month, so the bill stays fixed. The plan covers unlimited decks, slides and revisions, with two requests active at a time. You can cancel any month.
A 10 to 15 slide pitch deck takes about five working days for a first draft. Larger decks take about 10 working days. The client logos on the page include Wipro, Macquarie, Malabar Gold, DMCC and Tech Mahindra. PitchWorx says decks it designed have helped clients raise more than $50 million.
So one month of the plan can cover a full investor deck, a one-pager and a sales deck. For example, a seed founder could finish the deck in month one and cancel. That works out to about $47 per slide for a 15-slide deck.
PitchWorx works for Indian and Gulf founders who want low fixed costs. It is also ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, which matters if your deck holds sensitive financial data.
7. Prezlab (Dubai, UAE, and Amman, Jordan)
Prezlab is a presentation and visual communication agency founded in 2016. Its head office is at Dubai Design District, with a second office in Amman, Jordan. The team has between 50 and 249 people.
For pricing, Prezlab’s listed minimum project is $1,000, with hourly rates between $50 and $99. Its services also cover presentation design, branding, infographics, motion graphics and explainer videos. In one public client review, a software startup called Totably hired Prezlab for pitch presentations, marketing material and an explainer video.
Prezlab works for founders in the Gulf and the wider Middle East. Because the team also makes video, a startup can order an investor deck and a product explainer together. Also, Dubai’s time zone overlaps with European and Indian working hours.
8. Duck Design (London, UK)

Duck Design is a London design subscription service with a Covent Garden address. It does not sell one-off decks. Instead, it sells monthly plans. Pitch deck and presentation design sit in the $1,899-a-month plan, which also covers brand, UX/UI and motion design.
The lower $1,199 plan, however, covers graphic design only. Duck Design names Amazon, McDonald’s, Burger King and Virgin Media among its clients. Its no-code development plan costs $1,999 a month.
Duck Design works for a startup that needs a deck plus ongoing design, such as a website refresh and launch graphics. For example, one month of the $1,899 plan could cover the deck and the landing page investors will visit next.
9. Superside (Global, Remote)
Superside runs a global design team that works remotely. Its pitch deck page covers fundraising, board and shareholder presentations. It also covers sales decks and proposals. Files come in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides or Figma.
The scale is also large. Superside says it has delivered more than 41,000 presentation projects for over 6,650 teams. It names Amazon, Shopify and Facebook as customers.
However, pricing is built for bigger companies. Subscriptions start at a $15,000 monthly minimum on an annual term. A $1,000 monthly software fee comes on top. So the first year costs at least $192,000.
Superside works for a late-stage or public company with a constant flow of investor and board materials. On the other hand, an early startup with one deck to make will get more value from a per-project firm on this list.
10. Ink Narrates (Mumbai, India)

Ink Narrates is an India-based presentation agency. Its founders are Mrunalini Dhas and Shivam Batra. In fact, a May 2023 press release from Mumbai announced its pitch deck services for Indian startups and their budgets.
The agency offers pitch deck design, business presentations, sales decks and presentation outsourcing. Then it quotes each project after a brief.
Ink Narrates works for Indian founders who want a local team that prices for startup budgets. Still, it does not publish package prices, so ask for a written quote with slide count and revision rounds.
What a 15-Slide Investor Deck Costs at Each Firm
We used 15 slides as a test case because PitchWorx quotes its timing for 10 to 15 slide decks. Then we applied each agency’s lowest published price or listed minimum. The math is our own, and the inputs are the agencies’ own numbers.

| Agency | Pricing basis used | Cost of 15 slides | Cost per slide |
|---|---|---|---|
| 24Slides | Redesign at $43 per slide, pay as you go | $645 | $43 |
| PitchWorx | One month at $699 | $699 | $46.60 |
| 24Slides | Redraw at $66 per slide, pay as you go | $990 | $66 |
| Prezlab | $1,000 minimum project | $1,000 | $66.67 |
| Stinson Design | $1,500 minimum project | $1,500 | $100 |
| Waveup | Design only at $100 per slide | $1,500 | $100 |
| Duck Design | One month at $1,899 | $1,899 | $126.60 |
| Waveup | Full package from $6,000 | $6,000 | $400 |
| Superside | First month: $15,000 minimum plus $1,000 fee | $16,000 | $1,066.67 |
Three findings came out of this. First, design-only work outside the US can cost far less. 24Slides and PitchWorx each land under $50 per slide. Second, strategy costs real money. Waveup’s full package works out to $400 per slide, about four times its design-only rate.
Third, the minimums tell you who each firm wants. A $1,000 or $1,500 minimum is fine for a seed deck. But Superside’s $15,000 monthly minimum only makes sense for a company with a yearly design budget.
For comparison, the US agencies we reviewed earlier publish packages between $1,650 and $6,000. So a founder outside the US can often get design-only work for less. Even so, Waveup’s $6,000 strategy package matches the top US price we found.
Matching the Agency to Your Funding Round
The right agency depends on how far along the raise is. A pre-seed founder needs a clean deck fast. A Series B company needs a story that holds up in a data room. So we grouped the 10 firms by stage.
- Pre-seed and angel rounds: 24Slides and PitchWorx keep costs under $1,000 for a 15-slide deck. Ink Narrates is another option for Indian founders. Read our guide to where to find angel investors before you book.
- Seed and Series A: Slidor, Buffalo 7 and Stinson Design show named startup work and run two-to-four-week projects. They also handle brand and product visuals.
- Fund and LP decks: Waveup sells fund decks and financial models together. Stinson Design also lists IPO, SPAC and M&A decks.
- Ongoing design needs: Duck Design and Superside sell monthly plans. They work for companies that need decks, sites and campaign graphics every month.
The investor type matters too. An angel network reads decks differently from a corporate venture arm. Our breakdown of the types of investors explains what each one looks for. Also, match the deck to the instrument you are raising. A deck for a SAFE note round can be shorter than one for a priced Series A.
Working With a Deck Designer in Another Time Zone
Hiring abroad can save money, but it changes how the project runs. So we compared each firm’s office time zones with common startup hubs.
Slidor answers its New York line from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern time. So a US founder can reach Paris in the morning. 24Slides has teams in Indonesia and Peru, so work can continue while Europe sleeps. Prezlab in Dubai overlaps with London mornings and Indian afternoons.
Also plan for payment. Buffalo 7 and Duck Design are in the UK, and Slidor is in France. So check the invoice currency and any bank transfer fees before you sign. Next, confirm the file format. Every firm that lists its formats delivers editable PowerPoint, and most also deliver Google Slides.
Finally, put the narrative in writing before kickoff. Remote teams work faster from a written brief than from a long call. A one-page brief should cover the raise amount, use of funds, traction numbers and the investors you plan to pitch.
What to Send an Agency Before Kickoff
Agencies quote faster and revise less when the brief is complete. So we compiled this list from the process steps these 10 firms publish.
- The current deck or outline: even rough slides cut the discovery phase. Buffalo 7 and Stinson Design ask for existing material in their first step.
- Traction and unit economics: revenue, users and growth by month. If you track payback, our explainer on CAC payback period shows how to present it.
- The funding plan: round size, instrument and use of funds. Our guide to types of company funding covers the options.
- Brand files: logo, fonts and product screenshots. Slidor and Superside can build these if you have none.
- Deadline and format: the investor meeting date and the software you present in, such as PowerPoint, Google Slides or Pitch.

Founder Questions About Hiring a Pitch Deck Agency Abroad
How Much Does a Pitch Deck Agency Charge Outside the US?
Published prices outside the US vary a lot. For example, 24Slides charges $43 per slide for a redesign. Waveup charges $100 per slide for design only and $6,000 for a full package. PitchWorx charges a flat $699 a month. Stinson Design sets a $1,500 minimum.
Should Founders Pay per Slide or per Project?
Pay per slide when the story is final and you only need design. But pay per project when you need help with the narrative, the market slide or the financials. Per-project firms such as Waveup and Buffalo 7 include strategy work.
Can a Pitch Deck Designer Work Well From Another Country?
Yes, if the brief is written and the feedback rounds are scheduled. Several firms here run teams across time zones. For example, 24Slides designs from Indonesia and Peru, and Slidor staffs a New York phone line.
Do Overseas Agencies Sign NDAs for Investor Decks?
Many do. For instance, Slidor signs NDAs on request and uses only in-house designers. Stinson Design encrypts stored files with AES 256-bit encryption. PitchWorx holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
Which File Format Should a Pitch Deck Agency Deliver?
Ask for editable native files, usually PowerPoint, plus a PDF for emailing investors. Buffalo 7 delivers in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or Figma with no locked files. Slidor also delivers in Pitch and Figma Slides.
