The best podcast guest booking websites for most experts are PodMatch, for automated matching between hosts and guests, and PodcastGuests.com, which is free for podcasters and charges guests from $15 a month. MatchMaker.fm is the cheapest paid option at $15 a month after a 30-day trial, while Rephonic and Podchaser Pro are research databases for people who would rather pitch shows directly. Prices run from zero to around $5,000 a year, so the right choice depends on whether you want shows to find you or you want to find them.
All prices are in US dollars and come from each company’s own website, checked in October 2026. We have not paid for these services; features are described based on the vendors’ published information.
Marketplaces Where Hosts Find You vs Databases for Pitching
- Marketplaces (PodMatch, PodcastGuests.com, MatchMaker.fm) let hosts find you. Databases (Rephonic, Podchaser Pro) help you find and pitch hosts.
- PodcastGuests.com costs guests $15 to $33.25 a month on annual billing and is free for podcasters.
- MatchMaker.fm offers a 30-day free trial, then $15 a month. Its agency plan is $99 a month for up to 10 guest profiles.
- Rephonic starts at $99 a month with a 7-day trial. Podchaser Pro is quote-only, starting around $5,000 a year by its own estimate.
- A platform only gets you in front of hosts. A sharp one-sheet and a specific pitch are what get you booked.

1. PodMatch
PodMatch builds a profile for each host and guest and suggests matches between them, so neither side has to send cold emails. According to its pricing page, plans come in Standard and Professional versions for hosts, guests or both, plus an agency plan priced by the number of clients. Standard includes unlimited matches, a public guest one-sheet with a video pitch, scheduling automation and public reviews. Professional adds premium search filters, top placement in search and match results, automated emails and a Certified Professional badge.
Two details set it apart. PodMatch says it pays hosts when they find guests through the platform and release the episode. And instead of a free tier, its sign-up page offers 21 days of full use with a refund if you are not satisfied.
- Price: dollar amounts on the pricing page load dynamically and did not display reliably when we checked, so confirm the current rate at checkout.
- Good for: guests who want a steady flow of suggested shows without researching each one.
- Watch for: no free plan, so budget for at least a month while you test it.
2. PodcastGuests.com
PodcastGuests.com is a directory of expert profiles that podcasters browse and contact directly, paired with an email newsletter. Its FAQ says the service is free for podcasters, that the free newsletter goes out twice a week and features 20 podcasts looking for guests, and that the emails reach more than 42,000 potential guests. There are three membership levels: free, Basic and Premium.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Twice-weekly newsletter of podcasts seeking guests |
| Basic | $15/month ($180/year) | $20/month ($240/year) | Directory profile, shareable URL, direct contact, 1 website link, 1 category |
| Premium | $33.25/month ($399/year) | $45/month ($540/year) | Everything in Basic, newsletter feature, higher directory placement, 3 links, 2 categories, social posts |
Premium’s main extra is a rotating feature in the newsletter, which the join page puts at 47,000-plus readers; the FAQ says Premium members appear roughly every six months. Paying annually saves $60 a year on Basic and $141 on Premium. An agency discount applies from five profiles.
3. MatchMaker.fm
MatchMaker.fm is a community where you create a host profile, a guest profile or both, and browse, filter and message other members. Its podcast guest booking page offers a 30-day free trial with five free conversation starts and no credit card, then $15 a month, cancellable any time. Features include weekly auto-matches, favourite lists, a unified inbox with labels, scheduling tool integration, a community board and iOS and Android apps. Podcasters can import a show from Apple Podcasts.
For booking agencies, the agency plan costs $99 a month or $990 a year and covers up to 10 guest profiles, five team members and a shared inbox. The site also covers radio and YouTube shows.
4. Rephonic
Rephonic works the other way round. Instead of waiting to be found, you search a database of more than four million podcasts, see estimated listeners per episode, audience demographics and contact details, then pitch the shows you want. Its pricing page lists three plans, all with a 7-day free trial that needs a card but does not charge it until the trial ends.
| Plan | Monthly price | Seats | Searches per month | Campaigns |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Light | $99 | 1 | 100 | 3 |
| Standard | $149 | 5 | 500 | 50 |
| Business | $299 | 10 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Some features, including campaign exports and the concierge service, are not available during the trial.
5. Podchaser Pro
Podchaser Pro is the enterprise end of the market. The product page promises verified contacts for hosts, producers and booking reps, audience reach and demographics, filters by topic and advertiser history, a proprietary Power Score and CSV export. It does not publish prices: you book a demo and get a quote based on your team and data usage. In a July 2025 article, Podchaser itself put the starting point at around $5,000 a year for independent consultants.
Which Podcast Booking Site Should You Choose?
- Testing the waters: sign up for the free PodcastGuests.com newsletter and the MatchMaker.fm trial. Neither needs a card.
- Want invitations to come to you: PodMatch or PodcastGuests.com Premium, which put your profile in front of hosts.
- Want to target specific shows: Rephonic Light, which is cheaper than Podchaser Pro and publishes its prices.
- Running bookings for clients: MatchMaker.fm’s agency plan, PodMatch’s agency plan, or a Rephonic or Podchaser seat for research.
To put the costs in context: PodcastGuests.com Premium on annual billing costs $399 a year. If it led to one interview a month, that works out to $33.25 per booking, or about $16.63 at two a month. Run the same sum for any plan before renewing.
How to Get Booked on Podcasts
- Write a one-sheet with three topics: each should be a specific angle with a promise, such as “why most bakeries underprice wedding cakes”, rather than “small business growth”.
- Listen before you pitch: mention a recent episode and explain what your interview would add that the show has not covered.
- Keep the pitch short: five or six sentences. Run it through our word counter and cut anything over about 150 words.
- Prove you can talk: link to a previous interview, a video or a short audio clip. Hosts worry about flat guests.
- Make scheduling easy: offer a booking link and check the host’s local time with our time zone converter.
- Sound good: a decent USB microphone and a quiet room matter more than your title.
- Promote the episode: share it with your audience. Hosts remember guests who send listeners, and recommend them to other shows.
