MyBranch offers coworking seats, private cabins, managed offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms and day passes, and its enquiry form takes requests for one to five seats, six to ten seats, or more than ten.

What the Listings Say It Costs

MyBranch does not print its own prices, and booking sites sell it at different rates. Qdesq lists dedicated desks from ₹6,050 a month, a 3-seat private office at ₹13,200 a month, and private offices from ₹4,500 a month. That cabin price works out to ₹4,400 a person, which is lower than a single desk, so a team of three may get more privacy for less money per head. Coworkingers shows a lower starting figure of ₹5,500 a month, and Instant Offices lists serviced offices at this address from ₹6,000 a person a month.

For businesses that only need an address, Qdesq lists two virtual office plans: ₹16,000 a year for a mailing address and ₹22,500 a year for an address you can use for GST registration. MyBranch says its virtual offices include GST-ready addresses, mail handling, call support and meeting-room access.

What You Get Inside

MyBranch offers air-conditioned and fully furnished offices, housekeeping, internet, an IT support executive, a meeting room and power backup. The centre also has a printer, a photocopier and a Chromecast for presentations, and the meeting rooms include options for four people. Personal lockers, free drinking water and bike parking are available too.

Qdesq gives the hours as 9 am to 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday closed. That schedule suits office-hours work well, but it is worth asking about late access if you work with clients in other time zones.

Who MyBranch Suits Best

MyBranch fits professionals who want a formal Civil Lines address, small teams of two to five who would like a lockable cabin, and outside companies setting up a Prayagraj branch or GST address. It is less suited to someone who mainly needs a desk at midnight or on Sundays, since it closes at 8 pm and all day Sunday.

The Old Katra Workspace Near Anand Bhawan

iAppsnGames & Workspaces is at 9G, 7, PC Banerjee Road, near Anand Bhawan, Old Katra, Prayagraj 211002. Desks start at ₹6,500 a month on Coworkingers, and the space is open 24 hours. The name is shared with iAppsnGames, a software company founded in 2020 that builds software for government and private clients.

Amenities on the Listing

The space has air conditioning, drinking water, high-speed Wi-Fi, parking, a printer and a washroom. That is a practical set for one person or a small team that mainly needs a desk, a connection and somewhere to park a scooter. No meeting rooms or private cabins are mentioned, so ask directly if you need either.

Why the Location Helps Some Users

Katra is one of the city’s major markets, split into Old Katra, New Katra and Katra Extension. The space is near Anand Bhawan, a well-known landmark that makes it easy to find. People who live in Katra or the neighbouring areas may save a daily ride into Civil Lines.

Who the Katra Space Suits Best

The 24-hour listing is the main reason to visit. Developers working with overseas clients, freelancers who write at night and aspirants who prefer to work early in the morning may find those hours useful. Since this space appears on only one listing site we could find, please visit before paying and confirm the price, the hours and the length of the agreement in writing.

United Incubation Hub in Naini for Early-Stage Founders

United Incubation Hub, or UIH, is run by the United Group of Institutions on the 2nd floor of B-Block at United Institute of Technology in Naini, Prayagraj 211010. It opened in 2022, was inaugurated on October 12 that year, and occupies more than 14,000 sq ft. The vice-chancellor of APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Professor Pradeep Kumar Mishra, opened the centre, and it offers both on-site and online incubation.

Workspace Inside the Incubator

Teams in the physical incubation programme can use one of ten cubicles of 100 sq ft each, plus seats in a 24-seat coworking section where each seat comes with a computer system for staff and interns. UIH also has meeting rooms for 12 people, conference rooms for up to 100, an auditorium for up to 2,000, an innovation lab for Industry 4.0 technologies, Wi-Fi, printers, a cafeteria and parking.

Support Beyond the Desk

This is where an incubator differs from a coworking space. UIH lists help with company registration as an LLP, one person company or private limited company, and with Startup India, StartinUP, MSME, GST and ISO registrations. In a city with no metro, the daily ride decides how often you will actually use a desk you pay for. Each of the three spaces sits in a part of Prayagraj with a very different character.

Civil Lines: The Business District North of the Junction

Civil Lines was laid out after 1857 under Cuthbert Bensley Thornhill and was the largest town-planning project in India before New Delhi. Its grid roads now hold offices, hotels, malls, cafes and restaurants. Prayagraj Junction has its Civil Lines side to the north, so travellers from Delhi, Kanpur or Varanasi can reach MyBranch quickly. Katra: A Busy Market Area With Homes Close By

Katra is one of the main market areas of the city, and New Katra is mostly residential. The Old Katra workspace suits people who live on this side of Prayagraj. If you drive, check parking at the hours you plan to arrive, since market areas fill up quickly.

Naini: Across the Yamuna

Every winter, Magh Mela brings large crowds to the Sangam. In 2026 it ran from January 3 to February 15, and about 21.5 lakh pilgrims had bathed by 4 pm on the first day. On January 23, 2026, entry to Prayagraj Junction from the Civil Lines side was closed and passengers were sent to the City side. If you sign up in December or January, ask how the operator handles access on the main bathing days, and plan for slower travel on those dates.

Our method was simple. We multiplied each listed desk price by four, then divided each office rent by its listed area. We did not add deposits, GST, electricity, broadband or furniture, because those depend on the deal.

The result is clear for small teams. Four desks at MyBranch cost ₹24,200 a month, which is less than the bare rent of the cheapest office we found, before that office has a single chair or router. At five desks, MyBranch costs ₹30,250, roughly equal to the Old Katra rent, and from six people upward a rented office starts to win on rent alone. The Civil Lines listing is the most expensive by area: at ₹100 a sq ft, it costs more than twice the rate of the Katra and Tagore Town listings. That gap explains why a shared desk is often the cheapest way to hold a Civil Lines address.

• Are meeting rooms included? Ask how many hours a month come with your plan and what extra hours cost.
• Can you use the address for GST and licences? MyBranch sells a GST-registration virtual office. Ask which documents the operator will give you, such as a rent agreement and a no-objection letter.

What to Test on a Trial Day in Prayagraj
