Findable’s Pro plan costs €99 a month, or €83 a month on annual billing, and it is sold mainly to agencies that want to track how clients show up inside ChatGPT, Claude and Google’s AI answers. The best Findable App alternatives depend on budget: HubSpot AEO at $50 a month and Ahrefs Brand Radar’s custom prompts from $50 a month sit at the cheap end, Semrush’s AI Visibility Toolkit and Peec AI fill the middle, and Profound, Scrunch and Goodie are built for larger brands. Prices below come from each vendor’s published information or, where a vendor page could not be opened, from a dated third-party pricing check, as of October 2026. We have not tested these products.

Findable Pro at €99 Against HubSpot AEO, Profound and AthenaHQ

  • Findable bundles prompt tracking, AI-crawler checks, content-gap briefs and multi-client workspaces, with Pro at €99 a month (€83 billed yearly).
  • HubSpot AEO is the cheapest branded option at $50 a month ($45 yearly) and needs no other HubSpot subscription.
  • Semrush and Ahrefs suit teams already paying for an SEO suite; Peec AI and Otterly.AI are specialist trackers priced per prompt.
  • Profound dropped its $99 and $399 self-serve plans in September 2026, leaving a free trial and custom Enterprise pricing.
  • AthenaHQ has a free tier with 300 credits a month, the only permanent free plan in this list.

What Findable App Does

Findable (styled “findable.” on its site) describes itself as a complete LLM SEO toolkit for ranking in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other assistants. The homepage lists five jobs: tracking prompts and citations over time, auditing a brand on four scores (Brand, Trust, Crawlers and Speed), checking which search and AI crawlers can reach a site, spotting content gaps and turning them into briefs, and managing several client brands in one workspace. It connects to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, and it gives content an E-E-A-T score.

The pitch is aimed squarely at agencies. The site says it is built for agencies managing multiple clients and suggests using its audits to win prospects and justify retainers.

According to Findable’s pricing page, the Pro plan is €99 a month, or €83 a month when paid yearly, and monitors ChatGPT, Google and Claude. Enterprise & Agencies is custom-priced and adds white-label reports, API access, a dedicated specialist and monitoring of Meta, Grok and Perplexity as well.

Why Teams Look Beyond Findable

Three gaps push buyers to compare. Findable quotes prices in euros only, which complicates budgeting for US agencies. Pro monitors three AI surfaces, while several rivals cover six or more at a similar price. And the company behind the product is not named on the homepage, which matters to procurement teams who need a contracting entity on file.

None of that makes Findable a poor choice. Its crawler-access checks and content briefs go further than some pure trackers. But a buyer who only needs share-of-voice tracking can pay less elsewhere.

The 10 Best Findable App Alternatives

1. HubSpot AEO

HubSpot’s answer engine optimisation product, still labelled beta, tracks visibility, sentiment and share of AI mentions against competitors across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. It also shows which pages AI engines cite and ranks content fixes. According to HubSpot’s AEO page, it costs $50 a month, or $45 a month paid yearly, and a free trial tracks 25 prompts with no card. No other HubSpot subscription is required.

  • Better than Findable on: price and US-dollar billing.
  • Weaker on: engine coverage (no Claude) and agency features such as white-labelling.

2. Ahrefs Brand Radar

Ahrefs Brand Radar works two ways. Custom Prompts lets you define the questions you track, from $50 a month, across AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Claude. The AI Visibility Index uses pre-collected data for any brand, from $199 a month with 2,500 checks. Ahrefs’ page also says paid Lite plans and above get a small daily quota of custom prompts, so check what your existing plan already includes.

  • Better than Findable on: engine coverage and the backlink and keyword data around it.
  • Weaker on: cost if you are not already an Ahrefs customer.

3. Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit

Semrush sells its toolkit as an add-on for $99 a month with no free trial, according to its knowledge base. It covers ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, with a visibility score, competitor research, prompt research with volume and difficulty, sentiment analysis, daily prompt tracking and an AI search site audit that flags crawler blocks. That last feature overlaps closely with Findable’s crawler checks.

  • Better than Findable on: prompt research data and the wider Semrush suite.
  • Weaker on: engine coverage at the base price.

4. Peec AI

Peec AI is a dedicated tracker. Its own comparison page lists Starter at €89 a month for 50 daily prompts on three engines you choose, Pro at €199 for 150 prompts and Enterprise from €499 for 300 or more. Every plan includes unlimited seats and countries. The same page also quotes Starter at €85 in one place, so confirm at checkout.

  • Better than Findable on: unlimited seats and multi-country tracking.
  • Weaker on: content briefs and crawler auditing.

5. Otterly.AI

Otterly.AI’s help centre lists Lite with 15 prompts, Standard with 100 and Premium with 400, all covering Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons, and every plan includes GEO URL audits (1,000 a month on Lite). Otterly’s pricing page could not be opened for this article; Rework’s October 2026 check put Lite at $29, Standard at $189 and Premium at $489 a month.

  • Better than Findable on: a low-cost entry plan and Looker Studio reporting on Standard.
  • Weaker on: Claude coverage costs extra.

6. Profound

Profound is one of the best-known enterprise tools in this category, and its pricing changed this autumn. PricingSaaS records that it removed its $99 Starter and $399 Growth plans on 21 September 2026. What remains is a free trial (50 prompts run daily for seven days on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) and a sales-quoted Enterprise plan covering ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google’s AI surfaces, Copilot, DeepSeek, Claude and Exa Search.

  • Better than Findable on: engine breadth and enterprise support.
  • Weaker on: no published self-serve price.

7. Rankscale

Rankscale is the cheapest paid tracker here. Rework’s check lists Essentials at $20 a month ($17 yearly), rising through Pro at $99 to Enterprise at $780, with 17 or more engines on every tier and credits weighted by engine. That model suits freelancers who want to test prompts across many assistants before committing a client budget.

  • Better than Findable on: entry price and engine count.
  • Weaker on: credit maths can make heavy use harder to forecast.

8. AthenaHQ

AthenaHQ offers a free Essential plan with 300 credits a month across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Copilot, according to Rework’s October check. Its Starter plan at $295 a month adds 3,600 credits and more than 11 engines, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI.

  • Better than Findable on: a permanent free tier.
  • Weaker on: a steep jump to the first paid plan.

9. Scrunch

Scrunch targets marketing teams at growing companies. Rework lists Starter at $300 a month ($250 yearly) and Growth at $500 ($417 yearly), with seven engines by default: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, AI Overviews and Meta.

  • Better than Findable on: default coverage of Claude and Meta below enterprise level.
  • Weaker on: three times Findable’s entry price.

10. Goodie

Goodie sits at the top of the market. Rework’s check puts Core at $399 a month on yearly billing ($478.80 monthly) with five models, and Pro at $999 a month with eight.

  • Better than Findable on: scale for large content operations.
  • Weaker on: price for a small agency.

What a Year Costs: A Worked Comparison

For a small agency tracking one brand, a year of the entry plan works out as follows. These are list prices before tax, and euro and dollar figures are left unconverted because exchange rates move.

PlanMonthly billing, 12 monthsYearly billing
Findable Pro€1,188€996
HubSpot AEO$600$540
Semrush AI Visibility Toolkit$1,188Not stated
Peec AI Starter€1,068Not stated
Rankscale Essentials$240$204
Ahrefs AI Visibility Index$2,388Not stated

Findable’s yearly plan saves €192 against paying monthly. HubSpot AEO costs roughly half as much in dollar terms, but it tracks different engines, so the cheaper sticker price is only a fair comparison if ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity are the surfaces your clients care about. If you are pricing these tools into a retainer, our guide to blended versus paid CAC shows how to attribute the spend, and our CAC payback guide shows how fast it needs to earn back.

How to Choose

  • You run an agency and want audits plus reporting: stay with Findable or compare it against Peec AI and Otterly.AI Standard.
  • You already pay for an SEO suite: add Semrush’s toolkit or Ahrefs Brand Radar rather than another login.
  • You want the lowest cost: start with AthenaHQ’s free tier, Rankscale Essentials or HubSpot AEO.
  • You need Claude, Meta or Grok coverage: Scrunch, Profound Enterprise or Findable Enterprise.

Whatever you choose, these tools measure what AI systems retrieve and cite. Our explainer on retrieval-augmented generation covers why the pages an assistant fetches shape the answer it gives. More guides sit in our Marketing section.
